WFD's work focuses on strengthening parliaments and political parties in priority countries in Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. However we also work with the various institutions that make up civil society. In all these fields we work at national, regional and local levels.
We welcome opportunities to discuss potential new initiatives. If your work relates to one of our specialisms and you believe you can make a contribution to our programmes in one of our priority countries (where we work), we would be very pleased to hear from you. However, we will not in future be accepting proposals for funding standalone grants.
