We are seeking UK nationals to serve as Long-Term and Short-Term Observers in the Madagascar Presidential Elections 2018

Therefore, it is a requirement of the post that the candidate has fluent written and spoken French (C1 level). Interviews will be scheduled for short-listed candidates between 29-31 August to test French language fluency.
To be considered as a Long-Term Observer (LTO), you must be available over the following dates (indicative):

- 9 – 23 December 2018 (second round)
To be considered as a Short-Term Observer (STO), you must be available over the following dates (indicative):
- 1 – 11 November 2018 (first round)
- 13 – 22 December 2018 (second round)
As per EU requirement, WFD will only be able to put forward candidates certifying their full availability for the entire period of the mission.
