WFD is looking to procure the supply, implementation and maintenance support of a new Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) solution to transfer data on stakeholders to. It should be able to hold contact information, monitor stakeholder interactions and key programme evaluation data, which will enable WFD to strengthen its communications and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Whilst this ITT specifically focuses on the CRM, WFD is running this ITT in parallel with a further 3: Financial Management System, SharePoint Development and HR Information System. It is recognised that some vendors may be able to fulfill more than one of these requirements, therefore proposals that cover more than one ITT are also welcomed. Please ensure that the relevant ITT reference number(s) (as shown on page 1 of the ITT document) are clearly referenced in any bid.

Q: There is budget of £25k (inclusive of VAT) for implementation services, can you confirm that licensing, maintenance and additional optional support are in addition to this – as this is not clear in the tender ?
A: We anticipate the initial setup and configuration to be no more than £25,000 (inclusive of VAT). This should cover ongoing costs (licencing, maintenance and additional optional support) for the first year with later annual costs to be negotiated.
Q:Does the WFD benefit from an existing Microsoft discount scheme, and if so which one is being used ?
A: WFD is currently eligible for Government Discount
