WFD is looking to procure the supply, implementation, and maintenance support of a new financial management software solution. enabling the organisation to accurately and efficiently, record and process all of its accounting transactions (multi-currency), manage its income & expenditure, particularly in relation to funding/project management and budgeting & forecasting while satisfying WFD’s audit requirements. There is a need to have the ability to generate reports to enhance business acumen enabling Managers to fully utilise WFD’s resources to the best of their ability.

Whilst this ITT specifically focuses on the Financial Management System, WFD is running this ITT in parallel with a further 3: CRM System, SharePoint Development and HR Information System. It is recognised that some vendors may be able to fulfill more than one of these requirements, therefore proposals that cover more than one ITT are also welcomed. Please ensure that the relevant ITT reference number(s) (as shown on page 1 of the ITT document) are clearly referenced in any bid.
