Deadline: December 4 2020
Call for applications: Consultancy for the development, customization, and delivery of e-learning training modules on political inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
The Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) through funding from Demo Finland is implementing the Kenya Inclusive Political Parties (KIPP) programme, which seeks to address the critical knowledge gaps within political parties to create and promote more inclusive political discourse, political commitments and policy making.
In this regard, WFD is seeking a consultant to develop, customize and deliver on an e-learning methodology that supports capacity building of Political Parties, Disabled Persons Organizations (DPOs) and/or Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on strengthening and advocating for internal party structures, political commitments, and policies in response to the strategic and practical political inclusion needs of PWDs.
The primary target of this e-learning methodology will be Political Parties and DPOs/CSOs actively engaged in the advocacy of political inclusion for PWDs. The KIPP programme is cognizant of the fact that in the current times of the COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning will enable beneficiaries to fruitfully gather knowledge and skills that will ensure effective provisions are in place in political parties to respond to the strategic and practical needs of PWDs within their internal party structures, political commitments and policies.
Proposals may be submitted by individuals, teams of experts or consultancy firms, etc. The selected contractor shall demonstrate proven experience in the topics outlined. Knowledge and experience of Kenyan politics is essential.
Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals (both technical and financial) and their CVs responding to the Terms of Reference by close of business i.e. 17h00 EAT on Friday 13th November 2020 to email@example.com and Cc firstname.lastname@example.org.
