Expert to develop parliamentary oversight tools in public debt management
Public debt management has become an increasingly critical component of public policy as states seek to achieve financial stability in volatile economic markets. This has intensified during the COVID-19 crisis.
We are looking for an expert to develop two tools for strengthening parliamentary oversight on public debt in the Covid-19 context: a baseline assessment methodology on parliamentary oversight on public debt in the COVID-19 context, and a guidance note for WFD programming in this area.

- CV, incl. 2 reference persons
- Short paper (between 1,000 and 1,200 words) with proposed methodology and comments on substance of the assignment
- Financial proposal [up to 6,000 GBP max.]
- Sample of recent publication or written consultancy output.
