WFD is looking to hire a consultant to develop a guide (playbook) for the civil society to facilitate meaningful engagement with the Bangsamoro Parliament. The consultant will be required to conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders in Bangsamoro. For further details please refer to the Terms of Reference document.
