Invitation to tender: Election-related media and social media monitoring in the Philippines

WFD is issuing this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) to procure services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the invitation to tender document, which is available to download in PDF form on this page. If you need the document in another format, please email comms@wfd.org.

As part of its Global Election Support Centre work, WFD is seeking to select a supplier to carry out media and social media monitoring activities in the Philippines. 

We are looking for an organisation to undertake media and social media monitoring for a period of two months between January – March 2022 with a possibility of a two month extension under the supervison of an international media/social media expert recruited by WFD.

Specifically, we are looking for:

  • Media/Social Media Monitor
  • Social Media Monitor
  • Media/Social Media Assistant

The closing date for this ITT will be 08 December 2021. WFD intends to issue a contract for the above services, to be completed to WFD’s satisfaction, by 15 January 2022.
