Lasha is the country representative for WFD in Georgia, leading national teams to deliver various programmes, including our flagship 3-year programme on Advancing Environmental Protection, Climate Change and Democratic Resilience in Georgia.
Lasha has 13 years of experience on regional and local government levels in Georgia and at international development organizations such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) with the core competencies in project and programme management, climate change, urban mobility, urban development, sustainable energy, strategic planning, local and regional policy.
He holds an MBA from Tbilisi State University and currently is a PhD student in Urban Studies at the same university.
