WFD believes that robust evidence can improve effective programmes. And we know that good evidence is best drawn from practical experience. Investing in this cycle of evidence and experience makes us a better partner and a better organisation.
We are gathering evidence on what works in strengthening democracy. We do this by commissioning new research as well as evaluating WFD programmes and activities.
We work with leading academic partners, such as the University of Birmingham, King’s College London, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
