Betty Ethel Naluyima

Ethel is a Ugandan politician who subscribes to the National Unity Platform. She represents the people of Wakiso District in Parliament of Uganda, where she serves on both PAC-Local Government, and Public Service and Local Government Committees.

She is the Shadow Minister for Local Government in Uganda, enabling her to inspire Mayors, Speakers, and Councillors. She has represented the Local Government fraternity both Nationally and Internationally 

Ethel is the Publicity Secretary for the Uganda Parliamentary Forum for Children. She commenced the 'Naffe Tusome' Campaignof Wakiso where she mobilizes communities to have their children in school.
