Dr Mimmy Martha Gondwe

Dr Gondwe is a South African Member of Parliament serving in the National Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa. Dr Gondwe is also the shadow Deputy Minister for Public Service and Administration for the Official Opposition.

Before becoming a Member of Parliament, Dr Gondwe worked as a Content Advisor and Researcher. In 2011, she was awarded her Doctorate of Laws from the Mercantile Law Department of the University of Stellenbosch. At the time of her doctoral studies, Dr Gondwe was a recipient of numerous academic scholarships, most notably the Fulbright Scholarship, Baden Wurttemberg Stiftung Scholarship, and the Andrew Mellon Foundation Scholarship.
