Dr Joyce Bensuda has a PhD in Project planning and Management. She has specialised in project monitoring and evaluation for the University of Nairobi, Kenya. During her professional career has been an educator, planner and monitoring and evaluation expert. We was elected in to the Kenya National Assembly in August 2022.
