Penda Ndao has a baccalaureate in Quantitative Management Techniques and a degree in Business Management from the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. She also holds a Master’s in Audit and Management Control and a Master’s in Financial Institution Management with Banking.
Professionally, Penda is a project manager at the African Agency for Trade and Development. On the political level, she is the National Secretary for the National Female Youth of her party, Rewmi. Penda is a member of the National secretariat of Rewmi and a member of the communication unit.
Penda has done a lot of political leadership training, including that of the Liberal Academy of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation which is currently in progress. She also completed the Program for Young Politicians in Africa, which is a capacity building program for young African political leaders.
Penda benefitted from a training by the Senegalese Women's Council on the electoral process and on the participation of young women in politics. She has also been able to do other certified training courses in political leadership and public speaking.
