Hon. Zamzam is a Kenyan politician, a businessperson and currently the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mombasa County from the Orange Democratic Movement. She is a graduate of Kenya Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Her passion is girl child empowerment. She has managed to empower girls and has also completed manny empowerment programmes on the importance of education. She has also worked tirelessly through the corridors of courts fighting Gender Based Violence, forced marriages, rape cases and many vices against girl child that have been the norms and traditions due to culture effects.
She established a Gender Based Violence Centre in Mombasa to rescue the victims, and in this case both men and women. In 2022, she successfully vied for the Member of Parliament Mombasa County seat and won.
