Geoff Dubrow specializes in strengthening the nexus between parliamentary oversight and Public Financial Management (PFM). This includes a focus on strengthening fiscal and debt transparency, as well as both assessing and providing training and capacity development to parliamentary committees related to oversight of the budget process. He has served as a key expert in WFD training events on the topics of financial oversight, gender responsive budgeting and public debt oversight at the national and regional levels.

Geoff authored WFD’s Financial Accountability Series (2019), WFD’s Policy Brief on the Role of Parliament in Public Debt Management (2020), WFD’s e-course on public debt oversight (2021), four policy briefs on parliaments and public debt (in cooperation with NDI, 2022), and WFD’s Public Debt Management Assessment Toolkit for Parliaments (2022).
