Katy and Chloe joined WFD as co-Director of Communications and External Affairs in 2021. They started job sharing together in 2019 when they joined the Association of British Insurers (ABI) to co-lead Diversity and Inclusion campaigns. While there they launched the #MakingFlexibleWork campaign to increase flexible working and decrease the gender seniority gap in insurance and long-term savings.
Prior to this Katy worked in a job share partnership at Defra and the Environment Agency leading flood risk communications in England, including the annual Flood Action campaign. Before that she was Head of London 2012 Communications at The Royal Parks where she led the communications team in delivering the communications strategy and raising the profile of the organisation.
